Discuss Roles
First we decide if we would be a great fit for your business and clientele, and in what role you are seeking?
We like to know what sort of leave you are requesting our services for and how immediate this is needed.
We discuss your clientele and the services that would be expected to be covered in addition to what structure you work as (commission, renter, suite) to ensure all communications are made for a smooth transition.

determine schedule
Then we will determine what length of time is best suited for this role and what schedule is best suited within this role.
Along with this we can also establish the space being used as we will supply all of our own tools (irons, shears, bowls, brushes, etc.) unless you have preferred items you choose to supply.
We can also discuss options in restocking your product supply.

establish price
Lastly we will establish which price model best fits your needs.
We mostly work with a sub-lease model that ensures your rent being paid by us and very little prep for you.
Another model we have done for some is a daily rate price that is determined by your location, specialty, and average service rate. This model involves a slight bit more prep but is a great option if you work in a commission salon or in a set-up that does not allow for sub-leasing.
