Discovery Call

First we start with a discovery call to learn more about you and your business to determine if our services would be a great fit for your business and clientele.

This is also the opportunity where we can share more about what our services look like tailored to your business.

We also go over all of the questions that you have and even leave you with some verbiage to help share with your salon owner if you have one.

Prepping for our arrival

Once everything has been discussed and confirmed for your leave, we then go into our prepping phase!

We cover everything with questionnaires, bios and digital portfolios for your clients, salon duty lists, virtual or in person shadow days, and getting integrated with your client list and notes.

Ultimately, we have created our prep to allow the transition to be seamless for you, your clientele, and even your salon owner.

Covering your leave

The final piece to everything is once we arrive and get started with covering your clients during your leave!

We do several check-ins with you during this time so that you can have the peace of mind that things are going well. Clients will often send message to also let you know how their visit went.

This is the time though where all the work has been put into place so we really want you to be able to sit back and enjoy your time as much as possible because we truly have you covered!

She also does education for Innersense and has become so versed in truly understanding your texture and product needs.

I really tried to take this seriously, but it really is just the funniest thing sometimes to "document" certain things for social media😅
